Autodesk Account網站在2022下半年改版後，無論是下載、安裝或自訂安裝選項都是線上即時安裝，線上安裝失敗的原因很多，有興趣可以參考本文後半段的說明，請參考建議的處理方式處理，可以排除線上安裝的影響。

建議的處理方式：

一般使用者建議改到 Autodesk Virtual Agent (AVA)下載完整的AutoCAD或AutoCAD LT 的安裝檔案，操作簡單且不容易安裝失敗，主要的缺點是需要下載比較大的完整安裝檔案(AutoCAD LT約1.8GB)。

完整安裝檔仍安裝失敗的處理方式：

如果使用完整安裝檔案仍然安裝失敗，常見問題是出現4005的錯誤，通常移除與重新安裝ODIS就能正常安裝AutoCAD。

Autodesk Account線上安裝失敗的已知原因和處理方式：

1. 如果有VPN連線中，請將VPN連線中斷。
2. 您需要管理員權限才能執行安裝操作。
3. 暫時將使用者帳戶控制(UAC)關閉，然後再執行安裝操作。

4. 將Autodesk Account的下載位置從預設的C:\Users\%userprofile%\Downloads改選到C:\Autodesk。(如果Autodesk資料夾不存在，請在C槽底下新增資料夾)
